Fund Raisers
Welcome
to the Band Boosters' brand new fundraising page! Did you know
the Band Boosters raise the almost $20,000 annually
that's required to supplement the school district's budget for
the Hillsboro band programs?
Examples of
items for which the Band Boosters pay include the following:
- Band equipment
and repairs;
- Office
supplies;
- End of
year banquet and banquet awards;
- Meals for
band members several times each season;
- Special
Events such as Senior Recognition Night and the Jazz Band Dinner.
The Band Boosters'
fundraising efforts benefit every single band student, whether
he or she participates in one band or in several bands.
The Hillsboro
Hawks Band Booster Club is currently seeking a chair and members
for the Fundraising Committee. In addition to our "old standbys,"
we have several ideas planned, but we need your input. For that
reason, we welcome your comments and participation in both the
Boosters and the Fundraising Committee.
As we roll
out each new fundraising initiative, we'll have a link to the
program from this page. And we welcome your comments.
