Anyone volunteering to perform duties as a chaperone on the trip MUST be background checked and must complete a volunteer form with the school. Instructions for getting background-checked and the Hillsboro Volunteer Form are on our website in the Forms section.

I would also appreciate a response by e-mail or contact by phone if you are volunteering to chaperone so that I can create an e-mail listing of chaperones for future communications.
