Hillsboro Night Hawks Jazz Band

The Jazz Band meets during a zero hour period Monday through Friday in the morning and is made up of members through auditions. The Jazz Band studies jazz standards and new literature for high school jazz ensembles. Emphasis is also placed on jazz improvisation and theory. The Jazz Band performs at concerts throughout the year in addition to local events and small tours throughout the local area.
