Day Out Child Care Registration Form
This
is a Family Personal Accounts
fundraiser which means that each volunteer will receive 1 point
in their account for working on this event. We anticipate needing
6-10 adult volunteers.
We will
be asking for students to work the day of the event, as well.
Students will also receive 1 share point in their account for
working. We anticipate needing 10-15 students and will have
a sign-up sheet in the band room soon.
Spread
the word about this event to your family and friends! This is
an opportunity for parents to drop off their children in a safe,
fun environment with background-checked volunteers while they
Christmas shop, decorate their homes, attend the craft fair
at the elementary school, or just relax. We will be issuing
a flyer after the planning meeting which will detail times,
cost, activities offered, etc. (Sorry, we cannot accommodate
babies or toddlers as we do not have the proper facilities for
them.)
